Usually I love Marc Jacobs. He represents what every classy woman yearns to look like. But I saw his fall 2011 ready-to-wear runway, and I must say I’m not impressed. In fact, I’m blinded by the sheer number of polka dots and weird ear muff-like headdresses. I know. It’s supposed to be cool, but I can’t help just not getting it and not liking it. Oh, and the pleather/plastic items! What is that? In it’s essence, it’s still very Marc Jacobs, with it’s fifties look and classy cuts, but I didn’t like it this time around. Next time Marc!
